hi doctor , 3 months completed after my delivery when will I start excercises for reduce belly

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with as of now but if I were a C-section delivery then you need to wait for at least to 8 to 10 months before you start going ahead with any kind of exercise because your teachers need to heal completely before You go for that
