take pxroper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate cdalorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

you need to make changes in your diet too .
for that ,I advise to take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits,salad , sprouts etc more
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
