Please recommend exercise to reduce dropping belly (below belly button and above c section stitches).

A. wait atleast for six months for doing exercises after surgery. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

A. See right now there is no way that you can reduce onto your extra fat because you cannot go for any kind of workout for at least six months after your C-section delivery but if you want you can use a belt which will help in avoiding the saggy Ness in the stomach stomach that usually happens after you deliver so you can use a belt or a nice cotton dupatta in that area
