Yes Of course it is you can go ahead with it I’m sure you asking for a regular massage only so yes you can do it 2 to 3 times in a day whatever is feasible for you but minimum two times is definitely recommend it and you can use it on room temperature you do not need to warm it as some people prefer that as well
