oil or ghee is necessary for a 1yr old baby ...he is 7 n haf kg....how much ghee is ideal for a day

Yes He and butter can be given to the child for sure no issues with that but avoid giving any kind of oil to the joint oil is not that healthy as a gear so you can give about 2 to 3 teaspoons of ghee to your child on regular basis it’s a very good thing it’s very healthy it’s healthy fat so you can definitely go ahead with that
