Include fiber rich food in ur diet like pear, plum, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, raisins, cabbage etc to get relief from constipation..
Do not eat papaya during pregnancy.
Prefer roti over rice as rice can cause constipation.
Avoid food that contains maida.
