Q.

My weight is same even after delivery, I m able to loose only 3 kg weight and I had C section delivery when I m able to start exercising? does breastfeeding really reduce your weight or it's a myth?

A. six months after cesarean section Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. It Does lose your fat to a great extent when you are breastfeeding the child but you equally it good also so it makes up that way and after C-section you can start working out probably after 9 to 10 months of your delivery once you are sure that your internal internal stitches have healed
