A. Namaste Mom, Their is normal bodily and hormonal changes, so for some it could be fine or easier to loose for some it may not, so just be mindful of what you eat but also not restricting much as that could hamper your feed quality, other is involve in postnatal excercises

A. 0–6 weeks: Healing only (NO dieting, NO exercise) 6–8 weeks: Light walking + gentle core activation After 8 weeks: Structured exercise + controlled diet 👉 Always stop if you feel pain at the stitch site. Morning (Empty Stomach) Warm water + 5 soaked almonds OR Jeera water / saunf water 🍳 Breakfast Vegetable omelette / paneer bhurji Oats / dal chilla / vegetable poha 1 fruit (apple, papaya, pear) 🍲 Lunch (MOST IMPORTANT) 1 roti (atta / jowar / bajra) Dal / curd / paneer / chicken Big bowl of sabzi Salad (cucumber, carrot, tomato) ☕ Evening Snack Roasted chana / makhana Green tea / lemon water ❌ Avoid biscuits, namkeen, fried snacks 🍽️ Dinner (Before 8 pm)
