A. 0–6 weeks: Healing only (NO dieting, NO exercise) 6–8 weeks: Light walking + gentle core activation After 8 weeks: Structured exercise + controlled diet 👉 Always stop if you feel pain at the stitch site. Morning (Empty Stomach) Warm water + 5 soaked almonds OR Jeera water / saunf water 🍳 Breakfast Vegetable omelette / paneer bhurji Oats / dal chilla / vegetable poha 1 fruit (apple, papaya, pear) 🍲 Lunch (MOST IMPORTANT) 1 roti (atta / jowar / bajra) Dal / curd / paneer / chicken Big bowl of sabzi Salad (cucumber, carrot, tomato) ☕ Evening Snack Roasted chana / makhana Green tea / lemon water ❌ Avoid biscuits, namkeen, fried snacks 🍽️ Dinner (Before 8 pm)
