my weight is constant since my pregnancy it is 68kgs only since 8years. how to reduce my weight

A. Hi To lose weight you can 1. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods, fried foods, bakery foods, 2. Include lot of Dal's, sprouts, skim milk, egg whites, pulses, fish , Vegetables, fruits nuts 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
