my weight is 85 kg want to reduce my weight.i had c section 3 months before .

A. To reduce post pregnancy weight, you need to make some dietary changes. Include fiber and protein rich foods and lots of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help. Do not crash diet, but eat healthy.
