my stomach has taken a weird shape after delivery. it's so loose and looks like I am 6 7 months pregnant. after delivery I used to drink warn water and almost liquid diet. why is it so ??

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear if you are having one month old daughter then please do not go on the liquid diet this will affect your health as well as your child health as also moreover with time only the exercise is the solution of this thing along with the controlled diet but first you should recover properly from the delivery
