Q.

it's been 3 months after delivery,still my tummy looks like iam pregnant,what measures can I take to get to the regular shape?

A. Tummy fat reduces gradually so nothing to worry and avoid oily fried junk foods and limit sweet intake and drink plenty of water and once you recovery completely then you san start some physical exercise
