please do the following things:
after 6 months of delivery, start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
but till that please walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
increase your fluid intake
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene
