Its been 2 months I had normal delivery, but still my tummy had not reduced looks like 5 months pregnant Do advise

A. hi mom u should start exercising after 3 to 6 months of delivery acc to ur comfort level ... do brisk walk cycling yoga along with strict diet control take protein rich diet
