#AskTheExpert It has been 5 months after delivery, my tummy still hasn't reduced in size. It looks like a pregnant 5-7 month tummy. It's very loose and hanging.

A. see you can get up and do some exercise ok. try to eat more of low oil foods. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
