My son is going to complete his five month on coming 8 nov.he responds to toys sound, vehicle sound, sound of crackers bursting and rattles sound but does not turn when I call him, is it okay??

Your child is only four months old you cannot expect the child to understand its name as of now the kids don’t know these things they learn it better within the age of six months to 12 months so just keep saying one particular name with which you want to address with the child learns to have a better understanding over the period
