Q.

My son is ~7 months old, can I add salt/ sugar in his food? how much water is required per day?

A. don't add salt n sugar in your baby's food till he complete 1 year of age.. you may guve 30 to 45 ml of water approximately per day. tc..

A. no salt/sugar/honey/jaggery and other sweeteners or spices till the age of 1 year or until the child's pediatrician recommends. u can give upto 250ml max water per day to baby but only if the baby is ready to have, do not force if baby refuses to have water.

A. Salt you can definitely add butter sugar should not be added to the food in that case you can go ahead with using jaggery powder and you should try to give at least 90 ML of water to the child on an every day to begin with and gradually increase amount of water is requiredWrite Your Answer Here
