You can make your baby food more interesting and tasty by adding spices appropriate to the age of the baby.
Sugar is refined by lot of chemic al processes which may be harmful to children.
Excess sugar may cause caries andtooth decay in children.
Excess of sugar may depress immunity. And leads to obesity, diabetes.

Salt and sugar to be introduced once baby completes one year. Now only plain food should be given to the baby. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge etc
