can I add sugar and salt in my 7 month old baby's food items?

A. no don't add ots not recommended till 1 year of age.. baby food must be a single grain food. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby. Do not add salt, plam sugar, sugar, honey to your baby’s food.

A. Baby dont know tastes. So pls dont give.

A. A baby’s salt requirement per day is less than 1 g per day like only 0.4g of sodium and this is mostly met by the breastmilk or formula. So any extra salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly due to the excessive load. This may lead to kidney disease
