My son is 3 years and 9 month old and he is having itching in both hands finger area, I am already giving Allegra syrup 2.5ml and applying coconut oil for last 3-4 days ,but still issue persist. Pls help what should i do??

A. hello. apply calakine lotio for tine being. it might be scabies.. good tk co dult a skin care specialist in person to find out a riggt diagnosis n management accordingly
