my baby is 13 Months old and he is having an itching in both ears.

So it's better to get the solution in a correct way .
You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a degrtailed discuhssion can be done .

Hi Can you should get a check with an ENT doctor maybe there is some irritation or infection in the in the years of the child the doctor has to take it personally to figure out as to what possibly could be the issue and according to that they can advise you with the treatment as well
