My son is 3 months old... which is the best oil for baby to massage body and also for hair. Also what is the best time to start solids for baby

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can use coconut oil for massage of the baby and be gentle while massaging the baby and once baby complete six months then start giving liquids and semi solids to the baby
