My milk supply is low ? how to increase that?

A. hi offer plenty of breastfeeds to your child. because the more you feed your baby ,more is the stimulation and more is the breastmilk production. drink plenty of water. you can take methidana for this ,it is really helpful. for that ,soak one tsp of methidana in water at night and have it in the morning. Do this for 3 -4 days ,you will definitely see the difference. and although if it won't work ,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
