A. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding to stimulate breastmilk supply. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
