SindhuMom of a 4 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi. I had tough time of lactation for first one month. Use Galact Lactogen granules or Homepathy. For me Homeopathy helped. Also eat sprouts which could boost ur supply and mainly remove stress which inturn reduces the supply.

Hello dear...... first of all you remove the thought of low milk supply........ just think that I have sufficient milk supply by which I can feed my baby well....... have food on time remove all negative thoughts from ur mind..... just be positive ignore all the thoughts which brings negative thoughts in you... be happy .... than also ur supply is low means have zandu 's shatavari powder two times in a day morning and evening.....

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. A Lot of mothers have lactation supplements to increase your lactation so you can definitely try having some after consulting a doctor if they help in increasing your lactation then you’ll be able to breastfeed your child for longer durations
