but please don't stick to particular food items
keep offering different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
so your child can get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different texture
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrots beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colorful
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents
