ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 years agoA. hi your baby is 7 months old now there are no cases of infection passing via breast milk so it's advisable to continue breast feeding but use a mask and clean hands before handing baby

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom.. .a lactating mom can breast feed her child....but still keep in touch with your doctor fir proper care and early recovery.. have warm.water through out the day. dont remove the mask when baby is with you
