A. do regular exercise like walking and calorie restriction is important regarding this concern further you can dicuss with the doctor if any such queries or doubts are there it will be clearedf . your doctor will give guidance as needed.

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hydration Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
