so just be mindful and also you may probably prefer to avoid or limit sugary , refiend and processed foods
get involved in physical excercise as well

first ,maintain healthy life style for this
eat healthy and do some yogas and exercises but after 6 months of delivery.
avoid taking processed ,oily spicy food.
drink warm water with few drops of lemon juice and honey daily.
