Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. at present you had to wait another 3 to 4 months for doing any exercise after cesarean section. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

Look if you’re still feeding your child and you if you go for a diet or something then you will ultimately lose onto your breastfeeding also so it’s no point right now you need to eat well to feed well to stay healthy because you lose a lot from your body when you deliver a child otherwise if you still want to go for a diet then you can do diet or intermittent fasting but we don’t recommend you anything as of now till the time you’re exclusively breastfeeding the child
