My baby Vomit out water this morning, she is just 4 days old. Is any thing serious?

When the liquid is clear, then it is saliva, but a translucent white can be formula or breast milk.
In both the case it is normal. l
Keep your baby in an upright position after feeding.
Remember to always burp your baby
Watch what you eat. Sometimes certain foods, like spicy foods, cause your baby to have more gas. As a result, they might spit up more often.

Or curd type milk??
Throwing up is normal in babies due to the acid reflux. If ur baby is vomiting only water then consult with ur doctor for the same.
