My baby is 5 year old baby boy. he is vomiting just after eating anything. he is drinking water then vomit comes of water he is taking Apple then vomit of Apple is coming out please help me out for this my baby is sick from last 4 days

I think your child is either having major acidity problem audio child is having some severe indigestion issue or could be stomach infection food poisoning it could be anything that may be happening which is why all these things are happening with the child better to have a proper check up with the doctor
