my son 2yrs 11 month old is vomitting since morning as he drinks water he is pouring out all water in vomit .

This can be because of any digestion issues. In such case you can give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing digestion infection. And you should also add more water in babies regular diet plan. If baby is not taking water than you can give coconut water to your baby to keep your baby hydrated
