my baby is now 10 months after my pregnancy i have gain a lot of weight how can i reduce n after 6 months i have started my periods again but that was irregular what can i do

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. wellll you can carry on with the program you are doin ok as it will help you.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily
