Hello mam To loose weight you can follow following simple tips Try to follow 12-13 hrs of fasting pattern that is if u have your last meal at 8 in the night then have your 1st meal on the next day after 8-9am .. if u face acidity issue then u can skip Include protein like paneer, curd, milk, dal, sprouts oats, rajma chana chola, eggs,soya products, chicken , fish with your breakfast lunch and dinner Start your meal with a bowl of salad and glass of water Include jeera water once a day Eat 80% of your appetite Restrict the intake of sugar, sweets, fried food, namkeen, ghee rich food, sugary drinks , bakery products from your diet Have 2 fruits every day and 3-4 katori of vegetables in a day Water 2-3 litre per day Workout for 45 min every day

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom On the stretch marks apply bio oil or Mederma stretch marks cream. This will help to reduce the appearance of the marks by fading them away. To reduce weight start with the exercise. Do yoga, cycling, walk, jogging etc. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
