Q.

my baby is 9 months old and still and breastfeeding. I stopped my iron and calcium supplements from 2nd month after delivery. Please let me know if I need to continue both.Thank u.

A. hi, yes, you need to continue calcium supplements till you do breast feeding to ur baby. take healthy diet Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

A. hello calcium supplements os needed as long as u are breast-feeding your baby and iron drops as to be taken only if prescribed by your doctor for the prescribed number of days and you need to che k with your gynecologist for the same which is better
