Q.

#asktheexperts Hi, I have not taken iron and calcium supplements after c-section delivery. Its been 10 months and I am still breastfeeding my baby. I get tired soon and feel joints pain frequently. Should I start calcium and iron supplements or not.

You should take iron calcium and multivitamin for at least one year after you deliver a child that’s very important and also to feeling weakness in to your lease and all the news that could be due to deficiency of vitamin D three and B 12 as well so get it checked with your doctor and then you can start with the supplementsWrite Your Answer Here
