#Mamaxpert can i take iron and calcium supplements now, i have 9 month old baby and i have stop taking that when my baby was 4 month old?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. if you have better can Iron and Calcium supplements for four months after your delivery then it is fine and now you should just take proper diet nutritious Wholesome and take milk twice in the day and keep yourself well hydrated
