my baby is 6months old.... is keto diet safe while on breastfeeding??

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please do not take any keto diet or any special fasting diet being a breastfeeding mother. please have more green leaves vegetables and fresh fruits and vegetables. take care
