Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. as a nutritionist i will recommend you not to take keto diet while breastfeeding as it will decrease your energy level and may affect your body . please take a healthy nutritious diet and avoid trans fat and fast food .
