A. Hello good morning !! Keto diet is having low carbohydrates in diet such as white rice grains, flour,other grains, sugar,starch containing fruits vegetables,flours... But you can have high fat foods such as diary products, fruits and vegetables,meat , poultry,fish . By following this your body will take less carbohydrates consumes the amount of carbohydrates ( glucose) and other fat in body which helps in reducing /balancing fat , maintaining body weight.
