I have started keto diet but my baby takes my feed once a day that too not properly. Will that one feed harm my baby?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi no as such it isn't cause any harm but as you are nursing mother, please take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated it will help to increase your breastmilk supply. massage your breasts with coconut oil. maintain good hygiene
