Q.

my baby is 3 months old.. and I didn't lose my pregnancy belly completely..any suggestions?

A. eat in small portion ok. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutyou have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have rich fiber and proteins diet nd also avoid oily junk and packed food and start excercise after doctor evaluation and do surya namaskar and yoga planks to reduce belly fat. take care
