my baby is 18 months old and having cold.. which medicine is preferred? I am using only nasal spray till now when he gets cold. also he is not speaking anything other that amma , I have also consulted pediatrician but she said it's ok to wait till 2yrs atleast. But we are worried as parents , other babies at his age are speaking atleast few words. we are regularly interacting with him but he is not concentrating on what we are saying. what can I do at home to improve his listening and speaking skills
