Q.

my baby had a cold with runny nose from 3 days..I am giving sinarest twice a day and nasal saline spray and also steaming but still cold is there.. any one plz suggest any other medicine

A. baby weight is 9kgs...how much dose of sinarest should i give??

A. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam idnhalation would bgfe beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
