My baby boy is 11 months old ...Since 2 days he coughs a lot in the morning.

You may give her a spoon of Lukewarm water every hour in the day time , (dont wake her up though)
Don't use RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
