My baby boy 3 years 4 months old. He is speaking some words like Amma, nanna, tatha, bava, ammamma, Anna, yentidi edi, vaddu, chapathi, a, b, e words in Telugu, but not form sentences. Also he is shouting very much. Is there any problem in his speech?, And how to improve his speech?, He listen everything what we speak and do everything what we said, but not speak. Is any toys, charts, boards or anything else to improve my baby speech?

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allow to improve his languages -take your child outside (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introducef new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.
