A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sexntences properly. if the speech as does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. Hi See if your child is speaking certain words that means there is no delay in the speech is not able to pick up a new and fresh words probably if you want you can consult a child the speech therapist for this because they can advise you the kind of therapies if they are required as of now they will be able to give you better guidance on this
