Q.

my baby is 20months old ,he's is not speaking(infront of person)but he understands everything (sometimes he speaks nanna ,amma, thatha)

A. Its ok as some babies took time to open up in front of everyone, dont force them to talk with everyone and let them be comfortable by themselves
